The workouts are specially designed to align with your IVF Journey & have specific practices for Menstruation Phase, Stimulation Phase, Trigger Shot, Egg Retrieval, Fertilization Phase, Embryo Transfer & The Two Week Wait.

Unravel Stress & Anxiety
Your nervous system is intricately connected to all the systems of the body, so it’s important we consider its impact on your reproductive system. Our collection of Guided Meditations & Breathwork practices nourish your nervous system & unravel the build up of daily stress & anxiety. Our practices provide much needed support for the body & mind, with guidance around specific days of the IVF Journey when it’s not recommended to workout.

How do I know this program is for me.
We understand what an anxious time this period can be. We wanted to remove the anxiety around exercise & IVF so you can move, honour & enjoy working out. We have worked with fertility expert, Dr Tucker, to give you piece of mind to continue to safely exercise. Move with confidence and feel supported every step of the way.
How do I know when to start the program?
The program is designed to begin Day 1 of your IVF treatment. The first day of your period. Day 1 of you cycle is when you have a full bleed before midday.
Is this program designed for Egg Freezing?
Yes - If you are under going the Egg Freezing Journey you will do the program until Egg Retrieval.
Do I need to be fit to start the program?
This is an open level program with modifications offered to suit any level of fitness.
Do I need to have specific props?
Prop options are given in some workouts but all workouts can be completed without. Some of the props we use include hand & ankle weights, yoga bricks & Pilates ball. Most importantly you need a mat & space for you to move.
How long are the workouts?
Our workouts range from 25-40 minutes.
How do I watch the workouts?
You download the Bodylove Mama App or stream on-demand from our website.
How are the workouts divided?
The workouts are aligned with your IVF Journey. Everyone's journey will be slightly different so we offer more workouts for each phase than are sometimes needed. The phases are Menstruation Phase. Stimulation Phase. Trigger Shot. Egg Retrieval, Fertilization Phase, Embryo Transfer. The Two Week Wait.
Do I need to do the guided meditations?
We believe health is holistic. It's not just one thing that will impact your fertility. It is the coordination and consideration of how you move, sleep, eat and unravel stress that will be key. Your Guru supports your nervous system which is intricately connected to your Reproductive system. IVF can be very stressful for some - it's very important that you make sure your mind is supported with daily mediations & breathwork.
Not quite ready for IVF. We recommend nourishing your cycle first for up to 6 months on our Preconception Program.
